Clinical Project Manager - Contract Position

Responsibilities

• Provide overall coordination and strategic management of clinical trials from inception through implementation and completion
• Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor, clinical team, and other functional groups
• Delegate and oversee team members, ensuring they are appropriately trained
• Maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, and other associated documents
• Manage and motivate team members using positive and productive communication methods
• Support team member mentorship as needed

Requirements

• Experience in the successful conduct of clinical trials
• Strong understanding of GCP and clinical objectives
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a study team
