Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects
• Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies
• Collaborate with various levels of client leadership to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
• Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support client operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
• 1-3 years of deep healthcare experience
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or MPH degree
• Clinical experience in radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing
• Previous experience in professional services or consulting
• Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management and charge capture processes
• Relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA)
• Charge Capture and Coding experience
