Job description
Responsibilities
- Deliver live virtual training, including group sessions, small-group breakouts, and 1:1 coaching for new and tenured clinicians.
- Facilitate foundational, workflow, and application-based sessions such as documentation practice and triage scenarios.
- Support clinical simulations and role plays, providing behavior-based feedback and monitoring clinical safety.
- Partner with Senior Clinical Training Specialists to execute new hire cohort plans, including logistics and learner coaching.
- Maintain and update training materials, including slides, facilitator guides, and job aids, to ensure alignment with clinical workflows.
- Capture and share learner feedback and performance data to inform curriculum improvements and service-line decisions.
- Provide surge support during high-volume periods by managing breakout rooms, technical issues, and operational workflows.
Requirements
- RN/BSN or equivalent clinical degree with an active, unrestricted clinical license.
- 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., ambulatory, telehealth, case management, or triage).
- 1+ years of experience in clinical training, precepting, or clinical education.
- Robust virtual facilitation skills using platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Ability to explain complex clinical workflows clearly and provide direct, respectful feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline for performing basic content edits.
