Cloud and AI Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage large security projects and ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST r2 CSF
• Develop secure code for security tooling, automation, and critical integrations
• Conduct security assessments and red-teaming on AI/ML models, LLMs, and data pipelines
• Implement guardrails to prevent PHI exposure in model training and RAG architectures
• Own technical security architecture across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Secure Kubernetes clusters, container registries, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Design and enforce least-privilege IAM policies and secrets management
• Design microsegmentation, VPC architecture, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• Manage network security controls including IDS/IPS and WAF

Requirements

• 7+ years in Information Security
• 1+ years evaluating and remediating AI risk
• Hands-on experience securing AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong coding skills for developing security automation
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST CSF, and NIST standards
• Experience managing security projects and mentoring team members
