Coach (passioné pédagogie) - AI x EdTech (Full remote - French fluent)

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences and journeys (not just lessons)
• Architect protocols, adaptive loops and AI-powered coaching cycles
• Script cinematic, narrative-rich course content (copy, exercises, soundscapes)
• Co-create courses with experts and top performers; own assets (video, assessments, prompts)
• Write and optimize prompt chains and AI conversation flows for PX Agents
• Define and monitor KPIs of transformation; iterate using learner data and feedback
• Conduct user research and talk to learners regularly to identify friction and improve retention

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design
• Native French
• Fluent English
• Proven portfolio of premium / cinematic courses
• Experience shipping product/features end-to-end
• Comfortable with AI tools and Figma
• Strong editorial & storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in EdTech, coaching, or transformational education
• Prompt engineering / AI agent design experience
• Knowledge of habit formation and behavioral science (self-determination theory)
• Experience designing adaptive or personalized learning journeys
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and experience with multimedia learning assets
