Coach Recruiter & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve coach recruiting by managing high-volume funnels from sourcing to hiring
• Create a thoughtful candidate experience reflecting Mento's culture
• Use AI, automation, and data tracking to improve recruiting and operational workflows
• Manage the coach journey from offers through onboarding, training, and activation
• Drive day-to-day coach operations, communications, and documentation
• Build AI-first systems, including prompts, automations, and dashboards to reduce manual work
• Partner cross-functionally to improve handoffs and operationalize new programs

Requirements

• Experience using AI and automation to redesign workflows and improve documentation
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
• Strong data-driven mindset to identify gaps and measure impact
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building trust and human connection
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes in fast-moving environments
