Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial elements and define the strategic direction for the Editions business in the UAE
  • Optimize the Editions restaurant portfolio to ensure product-market fit and long-term vision
  • Identify new business leads and negotiate commercial terms with strategic partners
  • Coordinate across Commercial, Sales, Site Ops, and Marketing functions to drive business growth
  • Execute initiatives to improve network-level occupancy and site-level profitability
  • Partner with the finance team to build business plans, forecasts, and manage P&L reporting
  • Present regular business reviews and performance updates to local and HQ senior management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, FMCG, or a related field
  • 2+ years of managerial experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, complex negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Financial fluency including experience managing P&Ls, budgets, and balance sheets
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to build 6-12 month business plans
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High level of entrepreneurialism and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the restaurant sector specifically within the UAE or Middle East market
