Commercial Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the SOW and contract workflow end-to-end, including drafting, routing, and filing
• Manage HubSpot as the system of record and ensure CRM hygiene
• Issue invoices, maintain vendor portals, and track collections
• Produce recurring performance reports and refresh quarterly forecast models
• Run the OKR reporting cadence by collecting and consolidating inputs from team leads
• Track the status of active and prospective data licensing partnerships
• Flag stalled deals, missing documentation, and process gaps

Requirements

• Strong systems thinking and ability to convert loose processes into repeatable structures
• Numerical fluency and comfort building/maintaining simple spreadsheet models
• Ability to work with ambiguity and translate loosely defined needs into action
• Proactive communication skills and high attention to detail
• Comfort holding peers and senior leadership accountable to process standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
• Experience drafting, routing, or tracking contracts and SOWs
• Experience building forecast or pipeline reports
• Background supporting finance, revenue, or commercial leaders
• Exposure to data, media, research, or B2B SaaS businesses
