Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer broad-based compensation programs and interpret program provisions
• Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation interpretation and policy issues
• Respond to work requests via Workday and Service Now ticketing systems
• Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and market pricing reviews
• Assist with the development and maintenance of variable compensation plans
• Compile reports and transform raw data into actionable presentations
• Administer the company's rewards and recognition tool
• Maintain data integrity in PayFactors and perform periodic vendor market surveys
• Participate in the annual incentive and award process
• Partner with HRIS and Payroll to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in employee compensation design and administration
• Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
• Experience with annual incentive plans
• Experience using Workday and PayFactors
