Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, and status tracking for Legal & Compliance leadership's strategic initiatives
• Translate ambiguous priorities into clear workstreams, owners, and deadlines
• Support the maintenance and periodic review of policies, procedures, and compliance training
• Assist in executing the monitoring and testing calendar and tracking remediation
• Support complaints and issues management by analyzing data to spot trends
• Prepare documentation and coordinate logistics for internal and external audits and exams
• Use AI tools to accelerate document review, data analysis, and reporting

Requirements

• Experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory project/program management role within fintech or bank partnerships
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with bank partnership management and compliance requirements
• Solid knowledge of US financial services regulations (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, BSA/AML, GLBA)
• Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• AI-first mentality with a comfort in adopting AI tools for efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
