Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance, regulatory oversight, quality assurance, and safety programs across XpresTest operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs ensuring adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and CDC guidance.
  • Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and regulatory documentation.
  • Design and administer compliance and safety training programs for field and corporate employees.
  • Conduct routine compliance audits, site inspections, and operational reviews to identify deficiencies.
  • Investigate safety, privacy, and operational incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor workplace safety programs and conduct hazard assessments across all locations.
  • Prepare regular reports and compliance dashboards for senior leadership regarding risk trends and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Nursing, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance.
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience conducting audits, investigations, and managing corrective action plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and compliance reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel regularly to field locations and airport-based operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance), CHPC, CPHQ, or CSP.
