Consultant Radiologist

Responsibilities

• Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine studies
• Provide comprehensive written reports detailing imaging findings and clinical implications
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to discuss cases and recommend imaging protocols
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and quality assurance protocols
• Stay updated with advances in radiology technologies and practices through continual professional development
• Maintain compliance with all applicable medical, ethical, and legal standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Consultant Radiologist within private healthcare settings
• Proficiency in interpreting multiple imaging modalities: X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine
• Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and diagnostic techniques
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions
