Content Producer

Responsibilities

• Contribute fresh, social-first content ideas inspired by platform trends and creator behavior
• Partner with Social Media Managers to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
• Execute social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Capture photo and video content for campaigns, events, and reactive opportunities
• Own post-production from raw footage through final delivery, including short-form video editing
• Create polished edits using motion graphics, text animation, and sound design
• Maintain organized project files and creative assets

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content production, video production, or social content creation
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Experience shooting photo and video using iPhone, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras
• Advanced experience editing short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Experience creating motion graphics and text animation
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube best practices
• Ability to manage post-production workflows and file organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or production experience
