Contract Clinical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for licensed clinicians, including passive sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards and state licensing databases
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to understand role requirements and state scope-of-practice regulations
• Track key recruiting metrics in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance
• Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed mental health professionals
• 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment
• Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels and state licensing databases
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse and Gem
