Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of roles across various business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define requirements, and align on sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing channels.
  • Execute structured screening and interview processes to ensure consistent evaluation and documented feedback.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, providing timely communication and professional guidance.
  • Maintain high data hygiene within the Lever ATS to support reporting and team visibility.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline conversion to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer recommendations and internal equity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a large, multi-requisition portfolio with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ.
  • Hands-on experience using Lever ATS.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to track and interpret recruiting metrics.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for Member Care, Call Center, Clinical Support, or Operations functions.
  • Familiarity with Workday for requisition management and onboarding.
  • Experience partnering with staffing agencies or BPO vendors.
  • Working knowledge of structured hiring and interview calibration best practices.
