Control Tower Executive

Responsibilities

• Escalate to client in case of dependencies from transporters
• Call drivers/transporters for consent approvals
• Coordinate for GPS Installation
• Attain EPOD at time and get them uploaded on the dashboard
• Effective communication in exceptional incidents
• Update data on Excel and Work on Control tower dashboard
• Ensure proper tracking and verification
• Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limit
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
• Work on Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or control tower support
• B-Tech/MBA Graduate
• Advanced excel skills
• Willingness to support control tower and tracking operations
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
