LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit conversion-focused marketing copy for Email, SMS, landing pages, and social media
• Collaborate with Creative Director and marketing teams on campaigns and launches
• Create messaging for different stages of the customer journey, including awareness and retention
• Adapt copy to various tones including educational, supportive, and persuasive
• Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and compliance standards
• Optimize copy based on A/B testing and campaign performance

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a copywriter
• Previous experience working for an e-commerce company is required
• Demonstrated experience in customer acquisition, conversion, or retention writing
• C1 English proficiency or higher
• Ability to write natural-sounding copy for U.S. audiences
• Experience writing email and SMS marketing copy
• Must be based in LATAM
• Availability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, wellness, or DTC industries
• Familiarity with weight-management or patient-focused audiences
• Understanding of marketing metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and CAC
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
