Corporate Alliance Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Assess graduate eligibility for placement in corporate partner roles
• Maintain accurate documentation and update student profiles for job matching
• Coordinate web applications and onboarding requests with support teams
• Source candidates from the student and graduate population
• Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage candidate communications, including interview scheduling and feedback

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with effective time management
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate required technology
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, staffing, or business development experience
• Experience in career services or employment staffing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
