Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Support regulatory compliance as the company expands into new markets
  • Advise on employment, product, and corporate governance matters
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to provide practical legal guidance
  • Help build legal infrastructure to support a scaling business

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of legal experience
  • Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Experience advising high-growth technology or SaaS companies on commercial and corporate matters
  • Ability to translate legal risk into actionable guidance for business stakeholders
