Course Platform & Community Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and organize online courses within Circle.so
• Create course modules, lessons, and learning paths from provided content
• Upload and format worksheets, PDFs, videos, and slide presentations
• Configure course access, navigation, and member permissions
• Perform quality assurance by testing video playback, links, and formatting
• Create professional slide decks from client-provided materials
• Assist with basic Squarespace and ConvertKit integrations
• Support community management and virtual event operations as the business grows

Requirements

• Previous experience building or managing courses in Circle.so is required
• Proficiency in uploading and organizing digital learning content
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Google Slides
• High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Ability to follow established processes independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or Mighty Networks
• Experience with Squarespace or ConvertKit (Kit)
• Experience with Canva or Descript
• Background in marketing or digital content operations
