Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Designer with day-to-day design needs across apparel, marketing collateral, and creative assets for digital and print
• Create custom apparel mockups and fulfill design requests via the client dashboard
• Contribute to clothing and apparel design, including monthly projects and seasonal catalog creation
• Adapt designs to fit various brand directions and campaign needs for sorority and collegiate audiences
• Proactively research and propose new concepts based on current fashion and lifestyle trends

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Deep understanding of U.S. sorority and collegiate culture
• Strong awareness of current apparel and fashion trends
• High level of English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Premiere Pro or video editing
• Existing portfolio featuring apparel or lifestyle brands
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively with strong initiative
