Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Craft cinematic vlogs and content that set industry standards, not follow them
• Lead creative direction for video shoots capturing both personal and business brand moments
• Plan and execute visually striking video projects designed to grab attention
• Manage top-tier equipment for broadcast-quality production
• Edit content with advanced storytelling and visual strategy
• Suggest and implement creative ideas, campaign improvements, and optimizations
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions to any campaign or project issues
• Lead internal calls and support global team members, ensuring timely and impactful delivery
• Track, analyze, and report performance of social media campaigns
• Share actionable results, insights, and recommendations internally
• Drive initiatives and get results in collaboration with a high-impact team

Requirements

• Portfolio of high-impact, visually exciting work
• Experience creating content for entrepreneurs and personal brands
• Mastery of editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong storytelling ability beyond simple videography
• At least 5 years managing social media campaigns and video projects
• Several years in a digital marketing agency setting
• Prior management experience, including global team mentoring
• Expertise in strategic planning/implementation of social media campaigns (organic & paid)
• Proven results with social media campaigns: planning, optimization, budget management, KPI reporting
• Deep experience with Youtube, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn (professional capacity)
• Success developing/delivering B2B marketing responses for complex challenges
• Confident managing key client & partner relationships at management/director level
• Proficient in social media measurement and performance metrics
• Bonus: Exposure in other paid media disciplines
