Job description

Responsibilities

  • Independently spread commercial customer and prospect financial statements of medium to high complexity
  • Communicate with portfolio managers and relationship managers regarding credit underwriting principles
  • Monitor and assess risk associated with the loan portfolio through assigned reviews and renewals
  • Assist with special projects and portfolio manager administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics preferred
  • 2+ years of commercial credit or equivalent experience
  • Experience in spreading various types of financial statements (C&I, Real Estate, NFP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of internal banking applications and vendor systems like Moody's Risk Analyst is preferred
