Responsibilities

• Manage CRM channels including email, push, and SMS
• Define and build campaigns with clear hypotheses, KPIs, and segmentation strategies
• Partner with development, marketing, customer support, and legal squads
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics to build measurement infrastructure
• Implement and scale testing frameworks such as A/B and MAB
• Monitor performance at campaign and cohort levels to drive iteration
• Identify barriers to account activation and drivers of cancellation
• Maintain a roadmap of key projects, forecasts, and goal targets
• Coach and develop the CRM Executive

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or customer engagement
• Experience in subscription, fintech, or consumer SaaS preferred
• Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
• Proficiency with automation platforms like Customer.io
• Experience with segmentation, personalisation, and conditional logic
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
