Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone and email.
- Provide detailed information about property management services, leasing options, and amenities.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery and experience.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with resolutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book
- Customer service experience (real estate/property management preferred)
- Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM software
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player interested in new technology
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, and offer solutions
- Detail-oriented and professional

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate/property management customer service
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools
- Previous experience in dynamic, multicultural teams
