Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Provide detailed information about property management services, leasing options, and amenities.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery and experience.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customers are satisfied with resolutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service initiatives to enhance engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book
  • Customer service experience (real estate/property management preferred)
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM software
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated team player interested in new technology
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, and offer solutions
  • Detail-oriented and professional
  • CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate/property management customer service
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools
  • Previous experience in dynamic, multicultural teams
