Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth, personalized video consultations to understand each client’s current position and goals, crafting tailored action plans.
  • Provide ongoing support through regular progress reviews, offering strategic guidance to ensure accountability and advancement.
  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 clients, ensuring each receives the necessary support.
  • Deliver analysis on client progress and program performance to inform key decisions.
  • Refine client strategies in offer creation, marketing, and sales to help increase revenue.
  • Regularly audit and optimize client funnels, offers, pricing, and sales processes.
  • Oversee client experience, implementing improvements for satisfaction and results.
  • Act as a dedicated coach through 1:1 sessions, setting action plans and providing targeted feedback via Slack.
  • Rapidly resolve challenges while ensuring clients focus on high-impact activities.
  • Review and refine client-created marketing materials to ensure quality.
  • Serve as a resource within digital community platforms by addressing inquiries and guiding clients to relevant tools and learning materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in growing, coaching, or consulting businesses, with a proven record of helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
  • Preferably ex-agency owners or those with extensive digital marketing and sales experience.
  • Passionate about learning and developing both technical and professional skills.
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings with ambitious individuals.
  • Strong ability to hold clients accountable, provide actionable feedback, and guide them through challenges.

Benefits

  • Full-time, independent contractor position (type may vary based on applicant's country).
  • Fully remote role.
  • Competitive base retainer: $5,000–$10,000/month USD (Standard band: $5K–$8K; Senior band: $7K–$10K for ex-agency owners with $10M+ P&L experience).
  • Upsells & cross-sells: 7.5% on sets and 15% on closes for all backend revenue (uncapped potential).
  • Deal bonuses: $1K–$3K per client referral, $1K for talent referrals, and performance-based incentives.
  • Realistic OTE: $120K–$150K+ USD in year one.
  • Equity opportunity: Share scheme after 12 months (subject to performance).
