Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead district onboarding, staff activation, and dashboard training
• Troubleshoot account access, referral submissions, and scope questions
• Run staff trainings and info sessions to drive engagement
• Build training capacity models to flag launch risks
• Execute adoption campaigns including campus visits, email outreach, and webinars
• Use AI to build personalized training decks, campaigns, and district talk tracks
• Turn district data into actionable insights and maintain documentation in shared tools

Requirements

• Experience in EdTech, education, or healthcare partnerships, product support, and enablement
• K-12 background
• Proven track record driving adoption at scale for 100+ customers
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent launches
• Tech savvy with ability to troubleshoot independently and use AI tools daily
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Ability to turn data into insight and build simple models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mental health or SEL products
• Previous work inside a K-12 district or on a campus
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
