Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for customers and promote product education.
  • Recommend technical solutions and guide product users.
  • Work closely with the global support team to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS B2B customer support.
  • Fluency in English & French.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and CRMs.
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity.
