Job description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and ticketing systems
- Assist users with subscriptions, payments, account access, and platform-related issues
- Investigate customer cases to identify root causes and escalate complex requests to Product, Engineering, or Compliance teams
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, accurate, and professional communication
- Document recurring issues and provide structured feedback on customer pain points to improve the product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and the customer experience
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or the Creator Economy
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases
- Familiarity with Telegram-based products or content moderation and compliance processes
- Experience working within an international remote team
