Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and ticketing systems
  • Assist users with subscriptions, payments, account access, and platform-related issues
  • Investigate customer cases to identify root causes and escalate complex requests to Product, Engineering, or Compliance teams
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, accurate, and professional communication
  • Document recurring issues and provide structured feedback on customer pain points to improve the product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and the customer experience

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or the Creator Economy
  • Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases
  • Familiarity with Telegram-based products or content moderation and compliance processes
  • Experience working within an international remote team
