Cyber Lead/System Security Officer (SSO)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Information System Security Officer for one or more systems and manage a team of up to 5 personnel
• Ensure security and privacy posture is maintained for the network and IT services
• Provide comprehensive security services to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer systems
• Operate and maintain the enterprise network at the designated security categorization level
• Improve Software Supply Chain Security and modernize cybersecurity standards including Multifactor Authentication
• Establish a Cyber Safety Review Board and create standardized playbooks for responding to vulnerabilities and incidents
• Manage vulnerability mitigation, incident response, cybersecurity investigations, and continuous monitoring
• Manage system audits and POAMS and prepare packages for CISO and CIO approval

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST Special Publications, and Risk Management Framework
• Experience with POAM management, incident response, audit, and accreditation processes
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or industry recognized certifications with 8 years of experience
• Required Certification: CISSP
