Job description
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end liquid cooling solutions including CDUs, manifolds, and direct-to-chip plates for high-density GPU environments
- Architect structured cabling systems encompassing pathway design, rack layouts, and connectivity topologies
- Develop end-to-end power distribution systems including PDUs, redundancy schemes, and capacity planning
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking
- Select vendors, craft detailed RFPs and SOWs, and evaluate proposals for technical fit and reliability
- Conduct design reviews, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with TIA/EIA, ASHRAE, BICSI, and NEC standards
- Provide technical documentation, standards, and templates to improve continuous processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in data center physical infrastructure
- Deep expertise in liquid cooling architectures, structured cabling, and power distribution
- Proven experience architecting large-scale projects and coordinating third-party vendors
- Knowledge of high-performance computing demands, including 400G/800G networks and dense GPU deployments
- Proficiency in MS Project or Jira
- Ability to travel 50-75%
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, RCDD, CDCP, or CDCE certifications
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure requirements and power density challenges
