Data Science Trainer, Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs in data science, analytics, and machine learning for corporate and professional learners.
• Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, practical exercises, case studies, and assessments.
• Deliver training across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and blended learning environments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and accessible learning experiences for varied audiences.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the data science curriculum and technical training portfolio.
• Partner with internal product, sales, and client-facing teams to support tailored learning solutions.
• Stay current on trends in data science, machine learning, and learning design to ensure content remains market-aligned.

Requirements

• Strong subject matter expertise in data science, analytics, statistics, or machine learning.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training, teaching, or professional learning programs.
• Proficiency with relevant programming languages, tools, or data visualization platforms.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to develop high-quality, learner-focused content that is technically robust.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering training within financial services, banking, or capital markets.
• Familiarity with applying data science to commercial, credit, risk, or financial use cases.
• Experience developing customized training solutions for corporate clients.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.
