Data Scientist Principal

Responsibilities

• Integrate advanced AI capabilities across the suite
• Implement custom-built and vendor AI solutions from prototype to production
• Design AI solutions for automated program tracking and reporting
• Implement generative AI (GenAI) with LLMs and RAG
• Build agentic frameworks for service ticket management and orchestration
• Supervise and mentor other AI/ML Data Scientists

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a data scientist with a track record of deploying AI/ML production solutions
• Strong AI/ML coding ability and use of AI coding tools
• Experience with generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs
• Expertise in AI/ML cloud technologies (preferably AWS including Bedrock, Lambda, and SageMaker)
• Proficiency with Python data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL
• Familiarity with data engineering, ETL processes, and APIs
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
