Deployment Specialist, Finance

Responsibilities

• Advise a portfolio of strategic customers by reviewing P&Ls and building payback models for capital decisions
• Translate messy operational data into forward-looking financial insights
• Build tools, AI agents, and templates to automate financial analysis and scale services
• Identify patterns from customer work to inform Product, Design, and Engineering roadmaps
• Own strategic finance relationships, running substantive P&L reviews and scenario work

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, accounting, or banking
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in building models, budgets, and forecasts
• Builder mentality with experience creating systems or AI agents to improve efficiency
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial operators
• Experience managing ambiguous problems in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong systems thinking and outcome orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building custom automation or tools to streamline financial processes
• Deep empathy for small business owners and independent operators
