Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure technology fits seamlessly into customer products
• Build and deliver compelling demos of voice and audio AI technology to new and existing customers
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into core software and models
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners
• Present technical proposals and results to audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing AI models to maximize effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
• Strong technical aptitude to quickly master voice and audio AI models and their applications
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer environments and technical use cases
