Responsibilities

• Act as the single accountable owner of a customer program's outcome
• Embed with forward deployed engineers to prioritize technical problems and attack orders
• Define objectives for demonstrations, technical interchanges, and test events
• Drive customer adoption to make the deployment indispensable
• Brief program executives on technical value and schedule risk mitigation
• Manage high-level stakeholder relationships and navigate review boards

Requirements

• Sufficient technical range to earn trust from engineers and customers
• Strong ownership mindset focused on results over process
• Ability to navigate complex defense acquisition environments
• Excellent communication skills for briefing senior leadership
