About the Company

Tonic.ai builds industry-leading synthetic data solutions for developers and AI engineers. We help development teams generate high-fidelity synthetic data so they can build and test faster, without touching production data.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a credible advocate for products within developer communities
  • Bring community feedback and frustrations back to product and marketing teams
  • Own social media presence end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit
  • Execute and manage the developer influencer program from the ground up
  • Ideate, record, and edit video content and product demos
  • Represent the company at events and sponsored hackathons

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in social media, community, content, or developer relations
  • AI-native workflow using AI tools daily
  • Comfortable and energetic on camera for video production
  • Strong writing skills for social posts and video scripts
  • Hands-on experience with video production and editing
  • Ability to operate without a predefined playbook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Developer experience, including writing code or contributing to open source
  • Deep curiosity about technical audiences and developer workflows
