DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Evangelize and simplify SRE practices across the engineering organization
• Proactively identify reliability and performance improvement opportunities
• Define and evolve performance, metrics, and observability standards (SLIs/SLOs)
• Scale production resources efficiently while ensuring resilience and cost awareness
• Design, implement, and continuously improve tooling and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Security, and Platform stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience working with AWS cloud environments
• Experience building and evolving observability and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
• Experience scaling production systems and web applications
• Experience operating in high-growth or product-led environments
• Ability to influence engineering teams and drive reliability practices at scale
