Digital Delivery Manager (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex digital and policy projects from inception through delivery.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including product, data science, AI, and engineering, to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Govern the design, development, and deployment of digital products to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage project delivery and real-time visibility using Jira, Confluence, and Azure-based toolsets.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Optimize resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in project/program management and PMO leadership, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital products and technology initiatives from scratch.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and analytics platforms.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
