Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google, and TikTok
• Build and optimize sales funnels to generate mortgage and real estate leads
• Create landing pages and lead capture systems
• Develop automated lead nurturing workflows via email and text marketing
• Create outreach strategies for existing clients, referral partners, realtors, and financial advisors
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM and business systems
• Track lead generation metrics and improve conversion rates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or lead generation
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience building landing pages and sales funnels
• Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry
• Experience in financial services
• Experience with appointment-setting funnels and referral partner campaigns
