Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects across website development and digital marketing campaigns
• Lead project kickoff meetings, status calls, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and QA teams
• Ensure projects move efficiently through discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization phases
• Review final website product and ensure alignment with original scope and client requests
• Maintain accurate project documentation and identify project risks or blockers
• Monitor team workloads and project capacity
• Facilitate communication between sales, account management, production, and client teams
• Track project performance metrics, deadlines, and deliverables
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management, web production, or agency operations
• Strong understanding of website development processes and digital marketing workflows
• Ability to explain complex processes like SEO and Paid Media to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with CRMs and project management tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
