Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of digital sales professionals across GCC & NALP (Gulf Cooperation Council, North Africa, Levant, and Pakistan) markets.
- Implement and manage remote/hybrid sales coverage through digital channels for mid-market clients.
- Utilize AI, automation, digital marketing, and analytics to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Oversee regular training and development for Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) on digital selling, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Analyze team performance data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Liaise between DSRs and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate joint go-to-market efforts and refine territory strategies using stakeholder insights.
- Proficiently use reporting and analytics tools (e.g., MSD, PowerBI, Tableau) to generate actionable insights.
- Review and refine sales plays, deal strategies, account plans, and pipeline management to enhance effectiveness.
- Communicate team performance, challenges, and strategic adjustments to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8+ years experience in B2B tech sales or financial services sales.
- Minimum 5 years in team management.
- Strong understanding of GCC/NALP markets.
- Proven experience in digital sales, analytics, and pipeline management.
- Ability to use reporting/analytics tools (MSD, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated solution-oriented approach with meaningful feedback for regional/global improvements.
- History of successful coaching and motivation in matrixed organizations.
- Experience introducing new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption.
