Director ACO Operations

Chamber is rebuilding the system for cardiology, creating a world where outcomes, not volume, define success. We partner with independent cardiologists to help them lead population health efforts in their communities, equipping them with technology, data, and operational tools that turn complex insights into better care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Launch Chamber's ACO and own its performance, including operating models, workflows, and controls
• Own the CMS submission and enrollment cycle end to end
• Establish and manage ACO governance, committee structures, and reporting cadences
• Manage regulatory compliance across programs such as MSSP and ACO REACH
• Partner with Finance and Provider Network to design and run payment operations, including attribution, reconciliation, and settlement
• Analyze performance data to develop strategic recommendations on ACO operations and total cost of care

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in healthcare operations with experience in value-based care, population health, or ACO/managed care
• Deep knowledge of Medicare value-based programs (MSSP, ACO REACH, Medicare Advantage)
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex operational initiatives
• Strong command of payment operations and value-based contract mechanics
• Highly analytical with ability to manipulate large datasets independently
• Strong communication skills for distilling complex program rules for executive audiences
