Director, Global Facilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global facilities strategy aligned with business growth and manufacturing capacity
• Oversee maintenance programs, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure
• Own the delivery of facility and infrastructure capital projects across the organization
• Oversee the organization's global real estate and lease portfolio
• Ensure facilities comply with regulatory, environmental, and building requirements
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Global Facilities function

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure
• Proven experience managing industrial, manufacturing, or technical facilities environments
• Demonstrated experience leading capital projects and facility expansions
• Experience operating within complex manufacturing, defense, or robotics environments
• Strong ability to build and manage budgets and capital plans
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or Operations
