Director, Grid Reliability & Modernization

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle sales development, including nurturing leads and opportunities and closing final sales
• Collaborate across business units and with subject-matter experts to maximize sales effectiveness
• Navigate a complex sales environment, handling multiple opportunities at the same time
• Lead executive-level conversations about E Source solutions

Requirements

• At least seven years of professional experience
• Proficiency with complex sales-cycle, solution, and product selling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
• Experience working with electric, gas, or water utilities
• Familiarity with how electric utilities can leverage data science to drive value from grid investments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
