Director of Career Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve graduate employment goals
• Oversee training, coaching, and performance of Career Services staff
• Partner with Corporate Alliance, Graduate Success, and Education teams
• Identify employment opportunities and cultivate employer relationships
• Provide career coaching and job readiness support to graduates
• Ensure departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Lead, coach, and develop team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in recruiting, career services and employment assistance, or in sales
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Director level experience
• Strong analytical skill set
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
