Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire global data center construction portfolio, managing a multi-billion-dollar capital expenditure budget and delivery pipeline
• Develop and execute the program-level construction strategy, including selection and management of general contractors (GCs), EPCM firms, and key vendor partners
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to specified quality and technical standards for AI compute operations
• Establish program-wide construction risk management, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) protocols, and project reporting metrics
• Collaborate with Site Acquisition, Design, and Sourcing teams to de-risk projects and resolve complex technical or contractual issues

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex industrial or critical infrastructure construction programs
• 7+ years of experience in the hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility sector
• Proven expertise in large-scale contract negotiation (e.g., Guaranteed Maximum Price - GMP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
