Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month
• Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast updated weekly
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments
• Develop automated systems and workflows to reduce manual reporting time
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that increase profitability and EBITDA
• Create and document SOPs for close, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting processes
• Implement new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing
• Produce insightful financial dashboards and KPIs
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations
• Evaluate technology solutions such as ERP and reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience implementing scalable systems and automation
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
• Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail preferred
