Director of Operations, WatchTime Studios

Responsibilities

• Own KPI reporting infrastructure across every WatchTime Studios channel in partnership with the Beast Analytics team
• Deliver channel and studio performance reporting to the WatchTime Studios GM, executives, and staff
• Maintain the source of truth for views, retention, RPM, and revenue tracking across the portfolio
• Own publishing execution across YouTube and social platforms
• Manage metadata, scheduling, and platform requirements for video optimization
• Support the sourcing and management of vendors across casting, VFX, and specialty services
• Track vendor contracts, rates, and performance
• Coordinate cross-functional pipelines and monitor production workflows

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital media or platform operations
• Experience running publishing, analytics, and vendor operations across a business with multiple YouTube or social media channels
• Demonstrated experience improving the speed and effectiveness of operational systems supporting multiple YouTube and social media channels
