Responsibilities

• Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months
• Manage P&L, achieving specific net margin and ROAS targets across Meta and TikTok
• Launch monthly high-converting bundle-based funnels
• Drive email and SMS revenue to contribute ≥25% of Shopify revenue
• Optimize CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV through continuous funnel and landing page testing
• Lead lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo and Postscript
• Manage and coach a cross-functional ecommerce pod of 6+ team members
• Deliver weekly scorecards and monthly strategic growth plans

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years in DTC ecommerce experience
• Proven track record scaling ecommerce brands past $20M
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS
• Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization
• Ability to lead a fully remote team
• Analytical mindset with experience owning revenue and profitability targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing and reviewing high-converting landing pages
• Ability to architect repeatable growth engines and systems
